Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship your order with DPD. As soon as the parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with the track-and-trace code.

For each product you can see whether it is in stock. Products that are available on request are ordered in for you; we will let you know the expected delivery time before we ship.

Returns

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. It starts on the day you receive the parcel. Let us know within those 14 days that you want to send the order back, and then return the product within 14 days, complete and in its original packaging. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning the product is yours to bear.

Business customers (orders in a company's name) have no statutory right of withdrawal. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us; we will look for a solution together.

Warranty

We give 1 year of warranty on all Jimani POS hardware, from the delivery date. If a product does not work properly within that time under normal use, we will repair or replace it. Damage from a fall, moisture or misuse is not covered by the warranty. Consumers also always keep their statutory rights.
